feat(security): security.yml + GitHub mirror + SSH origin

- security.yml: Hadolint + GitLeaks (для Next.js sag24 — также Semgrep + npm audit)

- origin URL: HTTPS+PAT → SSH (убран plain-text token из git config)

- all remote: dual-push в Gitea + GitHub
